New additions. Had to get an SLO again. sold mine a few months ago and missed it ever since. this one is another 1992 with depth mod and kt 66. mullard in V1. it rocks as SLOs do.

The OD100 I bought really surprises the hell out of me. I got it from the same guy who I bought the Uhaul full of Marshalls from. ( 10 heads and 8 412 cabs). He owed me a solid. This OD 100 is NOS and came direct from Robert Bradshaw at CAE. It was built by Bradshaw to Suhrs original specs which include the overbuilt Deyoung Transformers. I got this amp on a whim cause I was too impatient to wait for a PT 100. I honestly expected to not like i, but again, it was a way to square up on an old deal so I did it...Holy shitowski!! John Suhr nailed it with this amp and Bradshaw did a great job building it!! Thanks both of you!

this amp kills!! just gotta keep the bass down.. The clean channel goes from clean to barking plexi and the gain channel ( again thought I would hate it based on brief previous experience) reminds me of my old Wizard Metal X yet with a more organic feel. very woody and lots of bark. I Love this amp and am no longer looking for a PT 100.. I like that amp a whole helluva lot too, but I like this even better, especially if you get the power section working.. :inlove:

Great scores! If the OD100 is a Bradshaw, shouldn't it be a CAE and not a CAA? Or is my memory failing me on this one?

Nah. this is one sick acouSTACK

M' kay now back to amps. I still have 3 days left as a heterosexual..

Thanks. Love this thing. Dare I say I am having trouble plugging into anything else.. even the SLO which has been my desert island amp since 1999..

Yo Pat,

I know.... I always come back to this amp. About 10 or so now.. I try to have onealways as a rule, but do sell them off at times of need or want, only to buy one again when I can. Man this OD 100. wow I love this thing..

It has been really poor surf wise here. snow on he beach at times. hail and slush on a warm day with 46 degree water.. and the surf is big and junky. Just gross here in March every year!!

Get wet and stay tuned.. keep those kiddos happy as I am sure you do.. mine want to go to Bend to go snowboarding this week, but we are both home sick now.. Maybe next week..

Cheers,
Jason

I hear ya man. that would be cool but so too much. I did just run an a/b test with the Barber Launch pad ( cool pedal) My cabs are vastly different and honestly they made a bigger difference than the amps themselves. The SLO sounds great and balanced through both cabs, the CAA dirt sounds awesome through 71 Marshall with G12 65's but so great through the late 70's with Blackbacks..

Interesting..
