New additions. Had to get an SLO again. sold mine a few months ago and missed it ever since. this one is another 1992 with depth mod and kt 66. mullard in V1. it rocks as SLOs do.
The OD100 I bought really surprises the hell out of me. I got it from the same guy who I bought the Uhaul full of Marshalls from. ( 10 heads and 8 412 cabs). He owed me a solid. This OD 100 is NOS and came direct from Robert Bradshaw at CAE. It was built by Bradshaw to Suhrs original specs which include the overbuilt Deyoung Transformers. I got this amp on a whim cause I was too impatient to wait for a PT 100. I honestly expected to not like i, but again, it was a way to square up on an old deal so I did it...Holy shitowski!! John Suhr nailed it with this amp and Bradshaw did a great job building it!! Thanks both of you!
this amp kills!! just gotta keep the bass down.. The clean channel goes from clean to barking plexi and the gain channel ( again thought I would hate it based on brief previous experience) reminds me of my old Wizard Metal X yet with a more organic feel. very woody and lots of bark. I Love this amp and am no longer looking for a PT 100.. I like that amp a whole helluva lot too, but I like this even better, especially if you get the power section working..
