Monsanto has been bullying American farms for decades into using their product caled "Roundup". When the active ingredient, glyphosate, gets into the food supply through poorly washed grain, it damages the intestinal walls and causes this new disease called "Non Celiac Gluten Sensitivity". The symptoms include abdominal pain, bloating, headaches, brain fog, skin irritation, cramping, joint pain, diarrhea or constipation, fatigue, and depression. For a lot of people, a steady diet of gluten means these symptoms are constant, and therefore the disease goes unrecognized. It was only when I stopped eating gluten that I realized how bad it was for me. Likely millions of Americans are poisoned by glyphosate and most don't know it yet, due to symptoms being subtle and constant. It's like when your brakes fade on your car, and you don't notice it because you drive it everyday and it just feels "normal" to you. It's only after you get your brakes done when you notice because you smash you face on the steering wheel trying to stop like you used to stop. Try eating a gluten free diet for two weeks and then go back and see if you notice a difference.
And yes, Wonder Bread has wheat gluten. Fuck Wonder Bread!

But it's the glyphosate that is bad not the wheat gluten.
We have switched here to Einkorn wheat berries and we grind our own flour with a Mock Mill.

I had a friend who was a Chiropractor, he told me i was gluten intolerant. Had "Celiac disease." Im not he just wanted to sell me suppliments.
He also thought Elon Musk was sent by God to fix the government.
Im more likely to get killed by the assholes on the roads than by Bayer Co [formerly monsanto.]
And Bayer does way more good in Agriculture increasing yields for farmers around the world than killing folks.
Its the politicians that Fuck up selling crops or not selling to other countries that force family farms into bankruptcy.

Getting punched in the face wouldn't kill you either. What's a little pain, inflammation and swelling, and the visible lasting effects are no big deal. I'm sure you could handle the discomfort and deal with a black eye for a few days. I'm sure whatever side effect you felt from getting punched in the face wouldn't be that bad, right? It definitely wouldn't kill you. Besides, I'm sure the medical advice you got from a Chiropractor is more than enough information to make informed decisions about the health of millions of Americans. I'm sure we should all blindly support corporate interests and reject the politions you don't like because that is what's best for us. Really?

You can try the Einkorn, it may not bother you. It's usually the GMO wheat that causes the problems.

Bayer bought Monsanto, they have always been Bayer, not formerly anyone. Bayer doesn’t give 2 shits about the American farmer other than profitability. I’ve been in Ca. Ag for the last thirty years. They are by far the worst company to deal with and their pain over the Monsanto purchase, which is probably the worst financial and legal decision I’ve ever seen from a major corp, is well deserved. I deal with a purchasing manager that deals with every major distributer and ag supplier in the world with 3 decades experience and there is one company that he hates. Guess which.
