Need a refret in Southern California any recommendations?

I have been trying to find someone for two months who can refret in stainless steel. Every person I've talked to either doesn't do it or doubles / triples the price for stainless which is ridiculous.

Afraid to send my neck anywhere as she's extremely sentimental and not get her back so wondering if anyone has solid recommendations they can make of people they have personally dealt with in the past. I'm happy to pay for quality work and would prefer it to be in SoCal so I can avoid shipping.

Much appreciated, google has not warranted any fruitful results.

Mike Tuttle did one of mine, fabulous work a little more expensive.

Norik Renson does good work but takes a long time..
