Fellow rider who's even stuffed a Ninja into the side of the 'Crest. Full-face and full race leathers allowed me to walk away without a scratch. Our brother is going to need a lot more than Mojo to come out the other side whole. Sandman, maybe set up a PayPal or something for donations for med bills (which ARE going to pile up and possibly precipitate a gear sell-off)?
Someone mentioned a phrase from the Bible in another thread. I'm heavily paraphrasing, but that book also says, "If your brother asks you for help, you help him."
Best thoughts for a full and speedy recovery. Ribs heal... I know someone who has lived his whole life without any problems from an old punctured lung injury, the collar bone will heal, it's the neck, skin, and wrist that really need the help. Major Mojo!!!!

Very sad to hear this...thoughts and prayers for Mike and his family.
As a former employee of the Coroner's Office, I have little doubt that his helmet saved his life...take note fellow bikers. And I highly recommend the full-faced version after seeing a guy with a "skull cap" style helmet grind his lower jaw and nose off when he went down face first.
