Here are a few pics of my old Suhr... I took these pics when I sold it. The 2nd pic is what the top really looked like. It's got the matching headstock that the one in the OP should have

Are you sure? This ones a quilted top, the pics you posted were a lighter shade with a flamed top

You're going to get many different answers to this one. Personally, I can't stand flame and/or binding anywhere on any guitar. I don't mind quilt as much as long as there's no binding. I'm also not a fan of the covered pups. And I DO like the black headstock MUCH mbetter than the matching flame.

humm mine is a quilt but looking at it with the guitar next to me different pattern of quilt.
edit: yeah different. that one in the pic is 8705 mine is 9112

I love the first one, don't care for the second one, and would absolutely die for that third one. I'm not a big fan of the more modern shape of the second one.
Matt had a H/S Koa Suhr a few months back that I heavily considered buying but a friend scooped it up before I made a stupid decision
