Nickel have chrome don’t match IMHO. Nickel is more yellow than chrome

Carl, bro...you know we love you, right? If you don't have the spare money for some sweet DiMarzio dubbel kreem action, I would suggest a paint pen, or some nail polish and make those pickups look like dubbel kreems, like God intended.

After some long soul-searching, I decided on the black bobbins. I just can't spend any more money right now. The nickel ones are brand new and unmolested, so I should be able to sell locally...

The finish is supposed to be a transparent Butterscotch Blonde. I am actually not happy with the overall tint. But, I'm going to leave it be. If it sounds good, it will be my beater guitar. If not, I'll part it out...

I love the color Looks similar to a naturally aged white guitar
