There is talk of two Marshall 20 watters, a plexi and JCM800 in a smaller package. It has yet to drop but it was in an article I was reading this morning. If you could powerscale them to tame volume that would be bitchin. Of course, like we have all been saying, how about a switchable extra hot rod gain stage to really give these some muscle. I think they would be big sellers and easily hang with the boutique offerings. Someone dig up Santiago's notes...

Damn, I don't do the mini thing much, but these are a lot of dream amp requests. Good year for NAMM so far if they are well executed!

The Marshall's have EL34's! Also looks like they used the new half power technology that they have on the new DSL line. I have a DSL100HR and that feature works very well.

Still think that they are a bit pricey but would love to play through the JCM800.

Edit: after watching the vids, I would love to drop a boost in front of the 800 and plug that thing into a 4X12!

Marshall sounds pretty good to me

Peavey MH if you like the Djent or high gain pretty good deal at $699 w gate ,and built in screamer.

PT15 is pretty damn cool

Revv I hope its a generator clean and red channel ,they are speculating 720 w 2 6v6 price point will be interesting .

The Bogner XTC and Suhr will be in the 2000-2400 range I am sure .

The Trinity from Mezzabarba looks good, I'm excited to finally hear some clips.

Not that i need another Marshall or anything ( I use a home made 2204, an 82 JCM800, a Brahma module in my Randall and have a broken downs homemade 1987X) ..but they do sound and look really good! Great idea on the power scaling and still using EL34's. They just missed the boat on a hotrod channel but they stuck in a loop and DI so really, can't slam them too much. The power and volume options intrigue me here as my 50 watters are disgustingly loud.

It looks to be the year of the amps this year. Very impressive line ups from everyone so far.

Maybe I missed it, but didn't know there was a Mini JJ coming out

Seems like there is a mini Phil X model at the back on that video, too.

And a mini white amp that I don't know what can be.

I've never had any interest in any mini head, but honestly these have my full attention. Sounded great in the video, I'd like to try one in person
