Bad marketing call to release any videos, At least the ones they have Because of the videos I am definitely waiting for the reviews comparing it to an original, and the other Mark series, as I am sure there will be many who sold their V and preordered. I am almost tempted to grab a V for what they are selling at 1300. Cheap. The tone in the videos is extremely lackluster. Watching the players is pointing toward a feel that is not the same as the original.
I bet Steve will have a new one before most and he is one who will set it right. If he says it's good... Time will tell. It might be a good amp but not a great one but time will tell.

I didnt see anything wrong with this vid to be honest. Sure, it's not what Petrucci plays, but it's not Petrucci playing either. Compared to that last vid that Mesa put up of this amp, I think this is 1000 times better. Although I think that the clean coming from this amp sounds a little cold without any effects.

It's a delicate balancing act to showcase the various tones of a new amp while simultaneously hiding the tones of a new amp. I hate these videos.

I have one one preorder and im gonna compare it to my mark v. I will keep the one i like best.
So far none of the vids do anything for me, i want metallica tones and i doubt they are gonna release a video like that but hopefully one of you guys get one soon and let us know how it sounds and feels.

I don't know what to think I'm just glad there is no stupid voicing switches on this amp I think Mesa over uses that Technology I never touched those switches on my 3 channel unless I was experimenting

wow, the V is going for 1300. That's a deal. By the way, that Petrucci video is pretty funny.
