New Diezel from Papa! The Hagen!

Guess we got to wait on clips and a description......it's got the signature Diezel look though.
 
Brandnew clean channel. Not as Hifi as the clean you know from Diezels. Wider range too.
More lower fat mids, less super bottom end.

I've heard it already - but just over the phone :D

More on thursday from the Messe with a vid or two . . .

I was going to for sure make it to the Messe. I am on vacation this week and next. My Irish bride says I can go to Germany and look at a bunch of fucking amps and stand around scratching my nuts if I want, but she's going to the Maldives to lay on the beach, drink beer and chill out. I chose the later for several reasons...... :confused:

I'm nuts, but not that crazy to find discussions about caps, resistors and stuff while on-the-fly an amp is tweaked and played "sexy".

I looks like a mix of the VH4 and Herbert. Can't wait to hear it.

"Hagen von Tronje" is a character from the Nibelungen song/saga (Wiki).

I always wanted to name my son Hagen, but my wife didn't want to when he was born - so I've kindly asked Peter to name this new amp Hagen (he was looking for a name anyway).

Hagen sounds good in most languages, it fits into the row Einstein, Herbert, Hagen, Schmidt pretty well - and the Nibelungen character was a strong and huge mofo (although he killed Siegfried in a not so noble way).

Wow Im anxious to hear what this is all about!!! Looks Cool, VH4 meets Herbert?

I wish it could be ordered with a silverface to match the other Diezels in the collection!!!
 
man, this could be a great amp..... specially if the Clean isn't as hifi and the bottom end is less BIG.... I sometimes find the low end on my VH4 too overwhelming.
 
So cool! Been waiting for this one for a long time...not that I can afford it. Very cool to see it come to fruition!
