The Edwards LP Customs have ebony fretboards :)
Ebony is still possible to ship across borders without considering CITES.
It's mostly Dalbergia (Rosewood) that is the culprit.

Indeed, the guitar I want has an Ebony board. I'm glad someone brought this up..

Congrats man! I got divorced back in November (not my choice) and always wanted a great electronic Roland drum set to get back into drums. I had only dabbled off and on since the 80s. I was tight with money, saving up and sometimes having a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner so I could put the money toward saving for this thing. I finally pulled the trigger and bought one and then found out my company gave me a bonus! Was the best feeling in the world. Guilt free purchase. :)

It sucks when hard times hit and you have to play thru really cheap gear but it really helps you appreciate when you can get something nice. When I setup the drum kit a few weeks ago, I was like "I earned this. I saved for this!" and have been having a blast with it. :)

LOL! Good point. :)

Awesome! It's worth checking out the Boss katana. My wife just got me the 100 watt head. Love it. Huge bang for your buck amp

I've debated that.

I fully agree with your observation about used gear being sold for insane prices at the moment. I have no idea who/why would (someone) buy used gear for that much instead of just paying a bit for more brand new stuff.
