That was awesome! Love the Kemper man!

I've been strictly jamming on a Quickrod and VH4 profile I've messed with.

AWESOME ! This has gotta be the best of your clips so far, to me at least! Love the tone and even risking sounding cheesier than usually :inlove: the playing.

Stellar job Chad .

Wow, appreciate that! It was definitely one of the most fun to play. I remember when this came out back when I was a sophomore in high school. I was blown away from the very first listen. Top 3 in the type of music.

Very nice job.

Interestingly, the original recording of that song had a solo where you played one--but it was mixed out of the recording before the song was released. Sykes adds it back in when he performs the song.

Cool, I did not know that tid bit of trivia.

Sounded great, Chad - especially the rhythm tone. Nice!

Steve

Thanks Steve! Seriously, I will pay for those Cherry Bomb profiles. I would love to make some clips to go along with them.

 That sounded really good!!! And I really dig the bonus solo, nice notes!!

Thanks! I wasn't so sure about it but left it there as it was better than watching me just sit there.

Thanks guys!

To Darren: How do I go about picking up one of your CDs? Would love to buy one!

To Keith: Me too. I actually really like your profiles and use them often here at home. Which VH4 profile do you use? I would love to try it out as I think you and I have similar tastes in heavy tones. BTW, that new acoustic looks amazing! Congrats on completing the Bar!!

Last bump.

Really just wanted to get this thread to 30 posts. It was bugging me that it was stuck on an odd number. :poke: :loco:

Very awesome, really like the tone on the rhythm track! The Bulldog looks like a sweet guitar, would like to try one of those someday. I would have to agree with others and say this is your best video/recording so far. I wish I had the knowledge and skills to do something like this.

#32 :)

Great job as always Chad, loved the tone. Been watching this the last few days and it's helped get me out of my uninspired/don't feel like playing guitar funk I've been in for the last couple of weeks.

That Bulldog sounds amazing!!! What a killer guitar!

GREAT tones and playing also!

That Kemper sounds really good too... Never tried it, but it looks way too complicated. I don't need all the profiling stuff either.

I like to plug in and play, the simpler the merrier...

Okay, Chad you know I always love your clips especially since we like similar music... you outdid yourself with this one! That rhythm tone is the best Kemper clip I have heard since the thing came out. My favorite Whitesnake tune too ( and watching you play it I think I've been playing it wrong lol!)

Wow, thanks for the compliments guys!! This was one of my favorites to record since it is one of my favorite hard rock tunes ever. The riffs, the solo just work for me. Glad I can contribute to the forum and provide something to watch/listen to while you visit here.

Sweet! That has to be one the best rock songs in recent history. You always turn it up when it comes on and you always try your best to get high like Coverdale and choke out.... but you do it anyway

I actually dig playing the violin part as it helps me with my alternate picking. I'm such a picking hack. If I had a guitar super hero suit it would have a giant H&P logo on it (Hammer On and Pull Off Man)

Thanks! I usually play that alternate picking section but I decided to keep it with just the strings to make the solo section more dramatic.
