Been having a lot of fun working on the info in the book In The Mystery by Brett Stine that breaks down some Allan Holdsworth concepts. Pretty inspiring for me - new harmonic ground. Here’s the 1st of 3 tunes it inspired so far. Used my LTD TE-200>Boss SD-1>Blankenship 50w Masterplex head >Marshall 1960BX with Eminence CV-75’s. For the clean tone I have a Zoom Multistomp patch with EQ/Compression/chorus set to clean up the amp and give some sparkle, double tracked the clean. And I used a Boss octave pedal on one part.
