New RP-6 KRK moniter louder than the other w/pod XT - is this normal?

Ok so I bought a pair of these KRK RP-6 rockit moniters and one is louder than the other, is this normal?

I thought it was the cables, I switch them back and forth and get same result.

I am play my guitar through a POD XT and the cables are connected to the R and L outputs to the speakers. I have the POD hooked for "studio"

WTF dudes, help me understand or give me a pointer.......

Double check the cable connections. One of my V8s is louder than the other just a smidge. There's a little input sensitivity pot on the back I turned up a tad.

my rp5s and rp8's are really balacned, but like the nerd said, there is an adjustment knob on the backs
