Just here to show the pretty!

Upgraded to EMG 57/66, which sound AMAZING with this guitar... I had the 57 in two of my Charvels and didn't care for it too much, but in this beast, it's a monster... the neck is smooth, but damn... if this is the standard for Jacksons, well...

I have not met a pro series or higher MIJ Jackson I haven't liked.

This guy was made in Indonesia...

One of the best feeling necks I've ever played...

And I almost went with black pickups and change the pickup rings to gold to more closely match the original black Jackson, but opted for the super gold look!

Also, this was supposed to be a floor/demo model with a scratch or two and a $220 price drop... but, when I wrote to the company and asked, they had just sold it, so they offered one of the unopened new ones they had that had been sitting there for the same price!!! So, brand new, minty as hell...

Couldn't be happier... came with Strap Locks too!!!
 
That's a classic look right there, always loved the black and gold. Congrats on the new guitar!

I've got a MIJ RR24.
 
Keep the hardware as it is, it looks killer.

I have never played an Indonesian Jackson. I just go MIJ.

regardless its a bad ass guitar.
