Yeah man, that sounds awesome! We talked about the SLO. Tell me about the cab and speakers! What settings on the SLO? Do you have the Depth, WH, or SRV engaged? I don't even know if the SRV can be engaged or unengaged.

Cab is bogner uberkab rearloaded 4x12 with 2 v30 and 2 neo. The gain was 6 volume on 8 but brought back down a bit with loop level bass 3.5 mid 6 treble 5 pres 9 depth 4. The wh and srv I messed with towards the end. The srv switch at least that's what I was told made it kinda bright and vintage on crunch channel

Sounds great!

That's about the perfect rock n roll rig right there.

Looks like I switched to Bogner OS2x12 with v30 ET65 mix towards end. Settings are posted

It looks like you EQ yours close to how I do mine. Bass 3.5, mid 5 or 6, treble 7, and presence 8. I run my overdrive gain at 5 to 6 too. I usually leave my depth at 0, so its out of the circuit. I've never understood a lot of guys I've seen on forums saying they run the bass at 7 or 8 or whatever. That's a lot of freaking bass! TO me it gets too wooly and takes all the defined, tight punch out of the bass to do that. The SLO has a lot of bass in it.

My SLO settings are close to that, too. Bass 5, Mid 7, Treble 8, Presence 7, Gain 5.5. My SLO is stock. I'm not knocking this mod, or any other mod for the SLO, but I don't get the Haynes mod. Warren plays his SLO through a V30 cab. V30's are one speaker that can sound a bit weird with the SLO sometimes. Sometimes it can sound really good, not knocking it. But the Haynes mod seems to try to cut some of the highs/high mids out, when if Warren would just try it though different speakers I wonder if he'd think he didn't need it. Just a thought. The only mod that interests me is the SRV/DeMartini mod that pulls some mids out of the crunch channel. That sounds cool to me - the lead channel in all its glory with a more Fenderish crunch channel.

This is my 3rd slo and only one with the mods. The warren haynes is interesting and a nice option. I usually have 2v 30s mixed with something else. When i switched it on a practice the other guitarist said it sounded like Boston tom scholtz? I think of it as an option to pull it out of the vocal range and make it easier to sing over. Still dont know what the SRV switch does. It sounds out of phase and with crunch it can sound kinda like a Fuzz. I dig it for an option and gonna flick it on for couple songs that require fuzz and see if it works. Maybe its a different mod? I really like the loop mod this has
