I was real glad to get to see Bird play at the Garden before he retired. Watching the Bruins live was hilarious. I'm there with my Mum, surrounded by guys yelling constantly "Kill that fucking prick" "take his fucking head off!". But they were playing the Oilers I think.
This was around '89/'90.
