Checkout a video we put together for a tune called Change The World. Vocally driven with a hopefully memorable chorus section.

Fantastic!
Your singer has an amazing voice for alt rock

Great tune.. i also like how you matched the guy getting a heart attack to the lyrics singing 'open your heart...' not sure if it was intentional but I loled for a brief moment. good stuff guys!

Nice! I liked the song and the video. Is the guitar player really blind?

Congratulations Dan! I'm really happy you're playing in a band. You are way too talented to not be playing out.

Yes, he's 100% blind because some teenagers were driving like idiots. If I lost my eyes at 24 years of age I don't know how if I'd get far. Gabe is a motivational speaker. Last week we played at an event aimed at anti bullying which was great. Ritchie Sambora played so it was cool to meet him and the kid from Stranger things was there with his band.

Thanks! With this band the singer and the other guitar player have been writing and playing together for a long time, they're both 33 but have been friends since high school. The bass player is a guy I played with forever going back to the 90's in different bands, we played a LOT from 1998 to 2003 when I bowed out of the cover scene in late 03. He kept going with it but being a bass player he kept getting TONS of available bands to play in and found these guys a while back. They had different members but decided to really make a push so the bass player asked me to come jam because he always liked my overall sound and thought it would mesh well with them, which it seems to be. The other guitar player, Gabe, is using a Marshall DSL HR head, a newer one. I've been helping him tweak it. It's got 2 master volumes but the footswitch it came with doesn't allow him to switch between them which doesn't seem right as he could really use that function.

Since I've been with them most of my time playing is trying to be creative, coming up with riffs and songs ideas. I don't think there's anything more satisfying than being happy with yourself when you create a riff or song idea......even if you scrap it a week later.  When you really try to be a songwriter it really makes you admire guys like Dave Grohl who seem to be able to pull hit songs out with ease.

That's awesome! I'm sure it feels great to be creative with good people/players. I am in two bands right now (cover bands) and I am having a lot of fun. I have never played a club in my life until a couple of months ago (always outdoor gigs). One band plays modern hits that the millennials can dance to and the other is a hair metal tribute band that is pretty established here in Utah. The funny thing is they were looking for a lead guitar player and the vocalist stumbled across my YouTube page. Go figure! It has been a nice distraction with a lot of the personal things I've been managing.

It's funny how some really great guitar players don't know much about how to dial their amps optimally. See, all of those years trolling on these forums have paid off.

Not my preferred style at all, but I REALLY like that Danny!

Excellent song and video.

And the other guitarist is one inspiring dude. Kudos to him on staying positive and doing some amazing things.

Great job Danny! I remember back in the day when you were in those cover bands. I was on a trip one time and was supposed to come see you play and didn't get around to it.

Song is great and video is perfect for it!

Great song, Great vocals.
Hope you get the recognition you deserve.
Respect

Very nice! I actually made it through the whole song, which almost never happens. ;)

Great stuff Dan...I agree that you should be an active player whether it's playing out, recording or both. I remember hearing your clips long ago when I lurked here and on other forums, and being very impressed.
Killer and I wish you guys all the best!
