First off.. Great looking axe! I've recently fallen in love with EBMM and I'm saving my pennies as we speak for one of my own (JP6 though).
Second... DAMN IT GC D-bag... Please do me a favor, email that store manager with your picture, describe the salesperson and your experience so he can be reprimanded... I'm in management at my local store and frankly, it pisses me off. It's absolutely ridiculous that you had to go elsewhere to aquire your instrument because of a lazy/sorry salesperson. * Rant off *
Please pardon my aggravation, but if enough people bring poor service to light, maybe it'll cycle out some of the crap guys and influence the hiring of decent talent in the sales force.

In ref to GC, I had the same problem with them last year in boston. Dealt with a douche of a salesguy that frankly didn't care I was wanting to purchase a $4000 guitar!! I had a few issues as it was a UK card and there were a few security questions and calls. Well the guy was trying to say it wasn't going to work and get rid of me as he couldn't be bothered with the hassle. I was persistant as I wanted that guitar. After I got it I told the douche is straight terms that I was surprised he was working there as his attitude could cost sales! He didn't give a damn.
I really wish I could have went elsewhere but I wanted that guitar.

That is sweet! I think EBMM guitars are as good as anything built by anyone. I love my JP6BFR. To bad the EBMM forum kinda ruins it for me. Still they make fantastic guitars. Congrats and enjoy.
