On that guitar, I go gold all the way and I'm not a fan of gold hardware either. It just looks "right" on that color LP... It'll fade over time anyway with a little sweat...

Buckethead signature. 24 frets. Oversized body. You have to have some serious Vai hands to manipulate this baby, but it wreaks of tone big time.

I would play it with the gold, it will wear off quickly enough. I am no fan of gold hardware but it just looks right on that guitar. Any other guitar I would speak differently but not on a custom.

Mine is the signature, I bout it right when they released in 2009 or so. The signatures are rare. I think only around 100 made. One of my favs!
