OK, so I have he patience of a gnat I guess...called GC today and the guy I spoke to was super helpful, set the amp aside for me and everything. So I took off work a little early, headed down there and got it.
(in typical GC fashion, no box though)

Have not plugged it in yet...but more to come. It looks so cute with the rest of the bunch...

LATE EDIT (Feb 1, 2019): finished little youtube demo, putting at top of thread:

Click bait!

Seriously, I'm very interested in that sucker!

There was some discussion asking for it, so for those are curious in the money shot.
It sounded a little weak at first, so I took the back cover off to make sure everything was seated. Decided to go ahead an pull the thing out completely for those who asked.

Congrats!
The question is, How’s it sound with the savage drive up front?

It actually takes pedals pretty damn good. I will do a little video later tonight or tomorrow. I have a Mythos Mjornir, Lovepedal Eternity, Strymon Riverside and the Savage Drive in front (not all at the same time). Seems like more than my other amps, there's a noticeable difference switching from pedal to pedal.

Whatever I did on the reseating, it worked. The weak, thin sound is gone. It's sounding pretty damn good now.

Nice, congrats! LB amps have never interested me....until now. I'd love to get my hands on one to try.

Wow that was pretty fast.
Can't wait to hear that !!
Very tempting!

What’s up with all of th IC’s? I expected to see a somewhat similar design as the original within reason.

I was thinking the same thing.

Congrats. I hope it delivers for ya. Of course GC has an easy return policy if not. Cant wait for the clips. If the price is decent,

Yeah, that is kind of surprising. It will be interesting to hear all the clips of it.

Dumb remark but i'll say it : it's a lot of dough for so little component.
I didn't knew jcm800 had IC in them

BIG +1

Can't imagine it sounding exactly like an old JCM 800's just like the newer Silver Jubiles's don't sound like the old. However it might just be close enough? From the Youtube video's it sounds thin with no bass. But I'll wait for videos' from actual owners of the amp. I hope it's close. The switch to 5 Watt's is what's interesting. Since 5 Watts is half of a 50 watt. I'm sure it's still plenty loud.

The ICs could be the FX loop, which I believe Marshall don’t use the high voltage FET loop rather than low voltage OPAMP loop.

This would explain one of the OPAMPs but not both (unless they are single chip OPAMPs). That said, the location difference is a mystery too.

Don’t worry, won’t be long before SLOclone or TAG reverse engineer them!

Did you plug the damn thing in yet? I took a gamble on the SV20H. Should have it Friday.

Don't know what was up with the RI you played, but I had a 2555x right next to an original Black tolex 1988 2555. They sounded damn near identical...but at loud gigging volume the original iron won out. But it wasn't a drastic difference at all.
Marshall did a great job with the Jube RI.

Haha, yeah I've been jamming on it the last couple of days. I was going to record last night and post, but I got stuck in update fucking hell.
I needed to update Final Cut Pro, which made me update my MacOS, which made Pro Tool crash...since I got caught in the cycle, I went ahead to update everything (plugins, samples, etc...). I am hoping to finish up and record tonight or tomorrow at the latest...
