I also have a MIM Strat that's been upgraded but nothing like what you've done. I also have a Duncan Distortion. Here's mine.

That's a sweet looking strat! I actually thought that i might build a fully black strat next but i'm considering a sonic blue one atm..

I once reshaped the back of the neck with a belt sander and 80 grit. Lol.

Pull the frets out, get a single radius block re radii the neck and put some new frets in. Lol.

Its doable.

even just reshaping the back of the neck will totally change the feel so doing the Radius probably isn't even needed

Nothing but utmost respect to those that are exploring the DIY world. That's what Eddie did also and thanks to him many great features are now stable in modern guitars!

Except radius affects the playability like hell, i've always loved flatter radius' more and the 16" radius across the whole fretboard is great!

Edit: also forgot to mention that the stock neck had only 21 frets and having 22 is a must for me at least

I ended up with three 80's Charvels and a USA Pro Mod. Kinda at the right place at the right time on those deals tbh. If i didn't snag that pro mod for what i did, I would be doing exactly what you are did.
