Got this a couple of weeks ago, but forgot to post. Not as fancy looking as some of yours, but I love it...

What's it loaded with?
SSV in the neck, FL Classic in the middle and SSH in the bridge. Reminds me of the tone of an old Korina Explorer I used to have, but without any of the quirks of that old guitar...![]()

How do you like the FL in the middle? Can it get some Strat style tones?
I don't like the stock pickups in my RG770 for Gain, but the cleans are fantastic. Split the bridge humbucker and run it with the middle single gets some great clean tones, even with my Mesa, which isn't built for that kind of stuff by any means. Go to just the single, or bring in the inner coil of the neck with the middle and I get some very convincing Strat sounds. I've fooled some people with that one. "When did you buy a Strat, I thought you were broke?" Haha![]()
I hear you. I sold off a LPC to pay my brother's medical bills. My current bank account balance is $0.fusionbear":o07ustoa said:CaseyCor":o07ustoa said:Nice, againfusionbear":o07ustoa said:CaseyCor":o07ustoa said:Nice![]()

I am broke, I had to sell other gear to get this. I'm down to four amps and with this Suhr, 3 gits....
It does great in between tones, very bell like. I didn't get the "pull to split" option on this one, since I plan on using the humbuckers, mostly.
