I'm left handed, not a lot of options for les Paul's out there, I wasn't trying to get a historic or anything.
I wanted to try a chambered body, with some high output passives. So they had a black or white studio for me to start as my base. I wanted a gibson USA.
It came to me with the pcb quick connect bullshit. I wanted to like it stock, but it sounded bloated and wierd. So I got some locking tonepro tuners, Seymour duncan black winter pickups, and some parts to make it look cooler. I got some of the harness sets and soldered them to the pickups just to have a fast swap option. Still had his wierd thing going on. So I said shit, time to rip out the pcb. So I wired it all up traditionally and BAMMO. Sounds amazing now. Metal les paul baby!

What a tease.

EDIT: OK now I see a pic so I take that back.

  Sorry i usually have to load one pic at a time or the page refreshes when I try and copy and paste to many pics

Nice I have a lefty lpj I got for a steal. $429 shipped from Gibson. I gutted the bs electronics swapped pickup magnets and added real covers instead of the eng look. Killer metal guitar. The maple neck.mine has adds to the attack. That white on white looks great!

Yeah I digged the LPJ better than the Studio faded/tribute models due to the satin maple neck. The satin mahogany necks on the faded/tribute models are too sticky and grainy for me.

all it needs is a white switch tip

That's funny I ordered one, but like it better with all black for some odd reason. I've even changed it, then put the black back on it.

I have the Black winter set in one of my singlecut axes and I love them, combined with the Sperzel locking tuners and the guitar is hard to stop playing! You did an excellent job on your guitar!

looks pretty rad man, I bet those BW's sound sick through your set up

Oh shit I love the way that looks. LPs look awesome with exposed pole pieces. Your coloring changes should be stock. That's a fact.

Thanks a ton guys. I'm glad it turned out like I was expecting. It plays great also after a minor setup.
I think it should be stock too

This guitar resonates really well. I wonder if it's the chambered body

reminds me of the buckethead model, put a kill switch on!!

Looks killer man! I would dye that rosewood for sure though...

A darker fretboard would be pure sex.

Get a bottle of Fret doctor for that board......Game over

Alright, just looked up fret doctor. Looks like I'll be ordering a bottle.
Any prep work? Or tips?
