I'm the guy with the Deliverance that Colim was going to trade for. I actually googled "Trade Fryette Deliverance" and stumbled into this.
Colim understandably backed out on account of the value discrepancy I think, and I certainly don't blame him. In a certain sense I'm slightly relieved also because a) I love the D60 and it's a GREAT recording amp or live amp for certain situations and b) after doing a little research I'm finding bad things about the Roadster's effects loop sucking tone, and I use a Quadraverb pretty extensively live for its reverbs, delays, and modulation (part of why I'd have gotten rid of the D60 as well).
Truth be told, I'd have tried the Roadster but would have walked away if it wasn't my sound. I've heard great things about it but, for whatever reason, I've always had trouble getting my types of sounds out of a Recto, even though many of the guitarists I listen to use them.
The reason I'd have wanted to trade was because I can't really do the single channel thing right now in a live setting, and I need a good backup amp. I need a pristine clean, a pushed sound, and a great high gain sound. A graphic EQ would be great also. What would be the best value I could get in trade for a D60H? I would need at least 2 channels (I can use an OD and/or graphic EQ pedal to boost if necessary) but 3 or more channels would be ideal. Do you think a D60H would be a fair trade for a Pittbull 50-CL or 100-CL (with EQ)?
