I keep hearing Rush when reading this thread. CE-2W is the modulation pedal I use most.

I have the CE-5 last in front of the amp after a SD-1 and Koko. I don't notice any noise when I turn it on but only really use it though for the Bark at the Moon solo. Also don't think that I have ever turned a knob on the thing. Finding a Rush tone with it would be cool though!
