Hey RT!

I actually got this pedal in a little while back but just now have had any time to mess with any pedals or play. I'll upload a pic later.

Bottom line - This thing is absolutely amazing in the loop. Wow. I can easily make my guitar essentially sound however I want with this thing.....

I expected some power and versatility but damn man, I can essentially make my guitar sound the way it does when plugged directly in with this.

I do not have a single pedal I consider to be an "always on" thing but this....this has the possibility of that role.

This pedal is a seriously powerful sculpting tool for your sound.

This is one I would almost put on the list of 'Need' over want but once you get it...yeah, I can't see this ever being out of the rig.

It's one of those things that once you have....you cannot go without.

Yeah, people are sleeping on this.

I know it isn't some tempting new OD or fuzz but man this thing can transform the pedals you already have in such wild ways.....it's like having an entirely new board in a sense.

It's subtle, but enriching to the overall tone, which is exactly why I like it so much. Only downside is you gotta spend time getting to learn it.

I bought the Meridian and use it for some subtle doubling effect to try and get a "bigger" sound so not much modulation going on with my settings. I finally put the board together in it's gigging form last night!

You find it subtle? Interesting. My Rivera is so stupid touchy in that way, it makes a pretty big difference , especially the broadband knob.

I find that if I set everything to noon, except a hair extra of bass cut like 1-2 o clock, it sounds damn near identical to being plugged straight in instead of going through my entire chain.

I still have some A/B to dial that in but it is so surprisingly close that quick that it made me laugh.

The broadband knob is so much fun to me alone.

That big pedal for just a double?? Whatever works man. It also balances out the board nicely.

I'm wrong. Subtle, but powerful. I mean, it's an EQ so yeah you can make a radical tonal shift, but since my amp EQ is close to what I need I'm just fine tuning things, using it subtly. It does add a slight bit to the noise floor but worth it for cleaning up my EQ. I'm basically just diming the treble on a Twin and using buckers there isnt' a lot I can do to change things without it. It does add a certain warmth/fatness tothe sound. It's a great pedal!

Hmm.....I will try that for fun on my Rivera, which is essentially a custom/modded blackface with added mid/upper-mid presence control and a switch to pop into tweed mode.

The AV75s are so clear I don't tend to find myself needing extra top end to that degree.

I will play mine louder, I did not notice a noise floor difference, but I probably was not boosting the frequencies it lives in.
