Got together with a few guys yesterday and had one hell of an ampfest here on long Island! Thanks for hosting it Alex!! Heres a shot of what we were working with…

I'd been really curious about Suhrs, too, but I heard the SE100 over at Lugo's ampfest and wasn't impressed at all. It was really mushy.

i would love to have been there

you guys need to pic up one of those old bs2 ampeg amp selectors.

you could hook up 8 different heads and 8 different cabs and select any combo.

i have one and it can really open your eyes on how cab and speaker dependent amps are, what can sound awesome with one cab sounds like poo with another and vice versa

It actually wasn't a "planned" ampfest. I only invited two people but it combined it amounted to a TON of amps.

Next time, we are gonna do it BIGGER! And we'll properly record ALL the amp.
