Ok, so what is your next piece of gear?

My new years resolution is stop buying so many guitars SO I bought one five days ago hahaha

A used PRS David Grissom model ... WOW .. best PRS I've played, wonderful profile neck fits so well in the hand. I always loved the McCarty model but the wide fat profile was too big for me, this is perfect. It's a tone monster too, so fat and the coil tap is amazing, really good single coil sounds from this monster, and it sounds HUGE as it comes strung with 11's ... LOVE IT !!

A new guitar is the plan, but that kinda depends on the outcome of an Ebay-auction...

Other then that I'm planning to get myself a 1x12 so that I can leave my 4x12 in our rehearsalsapce and in the process free up some space in my musicroom.

Oh, and a flanger. Probably a better octaver as well. And I want a new Marshall-style amp. And some decent cans for recording. Any one of those six things might end up as the first purchase of the year. Right now, the guitar is the most likely candidate with just three days left of the auction, but... You never know.

What guitar you after ?? tell us more

It looks like I'll start off the year with a new Charvel guitar. Working with Curt on that one at the moment. Next will be to send my Marshall to FJA to get a mod and also probably an Eventide Timefactor. Happy New Year everyone!

What is going to be your first, or major piece of gear for the 2011 year? Not limited to guitar gear.

worked out a deal for a Mills Afterburner 4X12. Thanks Bwquintegra!

Then its finishing up my studio, the walls and vaulted celing, getting it insulated and sound proofed, put the wood-plank floor down and heat in there for next winter. I'll probably drop the coin on a pair of QSC K-12's and the complimentary K-Subs to sing through. Best self-contained 4000 Watt sound reinforcement deal I've found.

What about you Jake?

Alpine white Les Paul Studio with gold hardware. Have wanted one of those for years, so I hope I'll get it.

I'm saving up for a new Suhr Standard built to my specs. I should have it by this summer :)

I posted above. An OCD and a new interface, but at the time I forgot that my need for a noise gate is more necessary than another boost, so that comes first

As did I! So, my first piece of new gear for the new year will be a Mills cab, and hopefully after that a road case to put it in. Then I need to get my hands on an Ibanez Universe and start working on the home studio.

The first thing incoming should be my Sherwood Green Pearl all white limba KxK Sii-7

This is it a while ago before paint

Just a run of the mill ISP decimator, nothing fancy, just needs to work. From my research, it seems the ISP is great at that!

Krank Nineteen80. And I want to build a Tele-Xplorer. Working on the toolpath and it looks like everything fits.

Am really happy with mine, wish I would have opted for the stereo version though

Since its not limited to guitar gear....

Ceramic coated headers and full dual exhaust with Dynomax Ultraflo mufflers

then a new custom ground hydraulic roller cam kit...

For guitar, probably some new tubes for my Wizard (way overdue) and a ldc mic for recording voc's.
