I grew up when oldies stations were all over the radio and they overplayed that one and ruined it for me.
How about this heatwave classic? Do sings is even better live than on the recording. Shame what happened to him but he was quite the fortitude filled soul. The keys player wrote a bunch of the Michael Jackson thriller stuff. Rod Templeton. Amazing writer.
