This is the 3rd time I own this head. I’ve always enjoyed the 50 watt’er - great feel and a bit more plexi like given the transformer I suppose.

It’s a 2013 Modern Classic with the C transformer. Fully loaded for the time. Boost on lead and loop too.

Oh. And I traded it for a Mesa IV ???

Very unfamiliar with Wizards - never played one. But the word of mouth / reputation is undeniable. This thing is gorgeous. How much gain is the Modern Classic capable of?

The 2010 MC 100 I had, the gain was like a slightly boosted 2203. But it loved boost pedals to take it into heavy land.

Thanks guys!

I’m enjoying it!

I would say like a boosted 2203 with boost engaged. But much more alike a super lead

I want one...just to boost with an hm-2 pedal.....death and roll chainsaw tonez baby.....
