Honestly what that mantra means for me and what I hope it conveys to others is that a lot of the time there is noise...... And BS and you have to blur it out and focus only on what's important...... Not just in games but in life and in general in the world.......



If you drown out the BS and noise and blur out the white noise and background distractions it helps one concentrate, focus and most importantly realize what's important and at hand. Especially in stressful situations....... As said it just helps one focus and concentrate and go from there to realize what's important IME.
