Ignore that haters. Larry's amps are game changing - especially if you have some skills and creativity. The reason NO ONE sells them (and in turn, used prices are insane) is because they are indispensable to many players who own them.

The wait is long because Larry doesn't want to sell his designs to overseas Chinese investors and sell out his legacy for an inferior product; he wants to make great sounding amps for people who desire specific qualities out of them. And in that he 100% succeeds.

Yes, the wait will be long, but especially if you desire that sound, I can confirm - NOTHING else can really duplicate it.

Yeah they sound killer for sure. No fucking way could I handle the wait time. I’ve thought about ordering the preamp though… I can almost justify that price tag.

Ive never understood the difference in modded marshall variants, theyre very similar, i bought alot amps over the years and only a few were better than my vintage marshalls at volume..

I like my stock Jubilee with a boost just fine. The Monomyth modded Origin is amazing and does not need to be boosted. For the life of me I can’t understand what makes the $8500 amp 10x better than my Origin. Check out this guys review of a $1000 amp.

I just wanna say… reza is the absolute biggest douche of the highest order. The ultimate “ I live in my moms basement and am definitely a virgin” stereotypical youtuber . The stories I’ve heard about that guy in the real world. I can’t wait to see the look on his face when I show up and call him out on his BS at NAMM this year. Insulting that booger eating goober is not a crime here .

I swear to God every time I tell my German buddy about something positive with my career or I sell a piece of gear, his immediate response is "buy a Larry."

I haven't used an amp much at all since getting the QC but I was damn close to pulling the trigger on a Larry around May. I thought of compromising and getting the preamp but every time I settle for less than I want I end up regretting it.

I have a Mayones on order and it won't be delivered until the end of 2022. And apparently ESP and Jackson are 2-3 year waits too. I guess waiting on amp shouldn't be any harder...

Damn.. I gotta stop with this. I have a little bit of cash set back for a new amp purchase. I can't tempt myself with this

I liked the Fortin bones that I played at Lugo’s ampfest and wouldn’t mind owning someday, but I don’t want one enough to actually go looking for one. I feel like my Bogner is just more raw and aggressive and the Metroplex covers the Marshall characters much more accurately. A long time ago I asked Mike to make a Bones for me and he declined - I think he sold the rights to Randall.

Larry knows so much about amplifiers and general EE theory that I cant even begin to explain the depth of his knowledge and how much he’s helped others. It isn’t opinionated BS either - I have an MSEE and he knows his stuff. Would I ever order one? Not since I can get my own sounds out of modifying my own amplifiers, but that doesn’t mean I don’t respect the guy or his desire to have a life and a business both.

He flips the amps, especially the ones he gets with "Artist" discount, faster that you could imagine. That's the reason why the high number of amps. And if he realizes you have more amps than he does, he will go after you and troll you on every situation he can. Plus, I bet his parents pay for his bills.
A pedal maker friend of mine said that Toelix got furious when he pretty much demanded a free pedal so he could do a youtube review. My buddy denied. Toelix still talks shit about my buddy's brand on every occasion he can. Just because he didn't get his free pedal.
About 7 years ago, when I posted an amp shootout I've recorded at my former studio in Brazil, he was so butt hurt when learned all the amps were mine that he started trolling the thread non stop and said "It's nothing short of suspicious that someone from a third world country could even dream of owning all this amps at once!"
And later on, the shitbag still contacted my begging me to discount a Mike Morin 800 I was selling, and not long after, for info on Larry amps. I should've just told him to go fuck himself at the time.
Instead, I helped him.
Well, lesson learned the hard way. But learned for good.
That piece of shit is the worst kind of scum you can find around. And some people love to live with Toelix balls in their mouth.
