Thought I'd bring up a real sport around here and see what all your thoughts were
In the first round, there may be some upsets, but I have a hard time picking any of them, so my picks look like this:
Boston (best team in the east all year)
Washington (Ovechkin FTW)
New Jersey (Brodeur > Ward)
Pittsburgh (Malkin + hot streak = W)
San Jose (best team in the west all year)
Detroit (Mason is good, Lidstrom, Datsyuk and Zetterberg are better)
Vancouver (Luongo will steal it, this will be the closest series of the bunch)
Calgary (Chicago has a good chance, but the Flames are vets and know what it takes)
Boston makes it to the final and loses to whoever comes from the west...I'm hesitant to pick SJ because they've choked the last couple of years, but I think they're taking it this year. If Osgood was playing well I'd pick Detroit again, but I think he'll cost them this year.
Put yer money where yer mouth is boys
