Palmer PLI-01

Hey all, to prevent groundloops in my 2-amp setup I'm using a Lehle P-split at the moment but I'm not totally satisfied with the tone I'm getting. It just differs too much from the original signal.

So I've been looking into alternatives and especially Olaf keeps recommending the Palmer PLI-01.

Has anyone tried/used this little unit and can he tell how that behaves tonewise ?

The PDI 01 is a "normal" DI box I think the Palmer y-box would be better - it worked great for me (no change in sound, no humm,...) together with a Marshall 2203 an a Diezel VH-4.
