If “at length” you mean saying I have a neighbor who is on NPR, then yea man, you got me lol.

We’re not talking about PBS forming opinions, it’s about govt (tax dollars) supporting programming that ensues one political view only and ignores the rest.
But you don’t realize the bias by watching Sesame Street or Dora the Explorer, it’s their news broadcasts that tell the story.

I can kind of see that. I think if I saw public radio keeping right leaning shows off the air purposely and only keeping the left on, I would be more bothered by it though.

Well you’d have to actually know where it is on the dial, then listen to it to know wouldn’t you.
 
Whenever I catch NPR it sounds like:
"Jane needs a heart valve but can't afford to travel to Chicago since Trump caused gasoline to skyrocket when he invaded Mexico." "Today we talk to Jane about her feelings of desperation over the high price of childcare for people drawing unemployment."

You only have to watch it and pay attention. If you notice leftist leanings on CBS & NBC, they are subdued in comparison to PBS and in-your-face radical leftist/progressive “reporting”.

NPR is just one station. PBS is just one station. They are under the umbrella of a public broadcasting corporation.
That corporation is what is “funded by the government”, and they split up the funds to individual entities like PBS or NPR.

So again, if I were to hear that there are not any “right wing” public stations because they are purposely keeping them off air, I would be upset by this. I have not heard that though.

I mean I haven’t looked, but you’d think there would be recorded instances of shows getting booted off public TV or radio for simply being “right wing” if it were true though.
