Peavey Wolfgang 3-way switch

Hey guys, got an OG Wolfgang and the 3-way switch is failing after 29 years. No response from Peavey yet—

Does anyone know the make/model of direct replacement? I am assuming it’s a Switchcraft, but there are quite a few models. Thanks

They arent available anywhere. You can contact Jim Decola (wolfgang designer) on facebook, he might have a few left. I bought some from Jim but they weren’t cheap.

The original switch is no longer available. I do not believe Switchcraft makes it any longer. The current part, and what we use on the HP2, is part# 35065539. In stock, the price is $50.90 each.

I bet EVH has a part number too

Have you tried spraying some Deoxit on the contacts? It's helped me out on some cheap import switches that were wonky right out of the box.

Another trick is to use a small piece of sandpaper or garnet paper on the contact points where they touch. It could be corrosion or carbon buildup that's preventing the switch from "making".
