Peavey Wolfgang Trem Arm Help Please

I just got a used made in usa peavey wolfgang and I think I got the wrong trem arm.
here is a pic:

Does this look like the right arm or should it have threads on the bottom.
The manual mentions threads so i think this is the wrong one.
I can't figure out how to install it.
The manual also mentions a 12mm wrench on the bottom of the trem cavity but I dont see where it goes.

Any input would be appreciated.

yup wrong arm. THe one you need screws directly in, no nut.
