Medicare is crap insurance and since the ACA passed it’s pretty much Medicare level insurance at Cadillac insurance prices for all. Obama claimed it would pay for itself. Instead my premiums tripled, deductible went up and insurance companies had a 300% increase in profit margins.
Social Security is a Ponzi scheme that no one is allowed to opt out of.
Debt free higher education isn’t feasible anywhere in the world that doesn’t have criminal income tax rates. However, the way basic elementary and secondary education is funded is bullshit. Every public school should be funded at the same level regardless of tax base. Inner city ghetto kids deserve the same education as Beverley Hills asswipe kids.
Universal childcare is a great idea. How many single mothers can’t afford to get jobs because daycare would take half their paycheck ? Instead they end up on welfare. I totally support universal childcare.
