My guess would be they used the housing of the sig wah, but stuck in the guts for the rack wah controller.

I saw some live videos on YT of the new tour and the JP2c seems to be cutting through the mix way better than the Triaxis.

You don't get paid for endorsements unless you have a signature product. Depending on the company's tier system, it's typically different levels of discounts. Rarely is gear free, and getting paid by a company to use their gear is next to unheard of. These are amps, not sneakers.
