Picking up this LPC tomorrow. Terrible painted. How to remove it?

That’s a nice score. Not sure what it looks like in person, but the pics look good. Definitely like the color combo and it looks nice and played

Depends on the paint they used. If your lucky it's a spray can. You can wipe it with laquer thinner. If it comes off on the rag, your good. Disassemble it. Lay paper towels on it and soak them with laquer thinner. Once it softens up, scrape it off with a plastic scraper. I stripped a nitro Les Paul in about 30 minutes. If it doesn't come off with thinner your looking at paint stripper or sanding it off.

The binding should be easy enough depending on their mistake but essentially - take a razor blade and scrape it.
