I went by Guitar Center today and was looking for a Snakebyte to try out. They didn't have one available but I saw a Vulture hanging on the way and decided to try it out.
I was surprised how solid it felt. I think I expected a really light body and a "plastic" feel to it but felt like a professional, solid-made guitar. The satin finish felt and looked great. Not sure if it is the angle, etc. but felt easier to play sitting down than a traditional V.
Anyway, just my two cents. I guess the only thing I struggled with, and really stupid, was the locking tuners. I obviously didn't know what I was doing because I undid the little wheel and string popped out.
I think they are Sperzels? Never had them so a bit of an embarrassment for me with all of my years of playing.
Great guitar though. I'd love to try the Snakebyte though.
