please educate me on the handwired fact

someone has posted the friedman amps are pcb construction,I know the board is not a turret board,as is a hybrid" I had read this previous in a post,as to speed up production because of success, I was getting blasted for saying it is handwired by Racerxrated" he then sends me a link to a Marshall forum where there was a long debate of the new black hybrid board being a PCB, I do not want to start a debate on if a hybrid is handwired as is advertised, or is it a PCB and made in black so one can't see the pcb clearly"? I read this and would like some knowledge if possible.The amp is a winner a keeper and this is not a complaint or a thread to post complaints,please educate me on this..handwired or? Thanks
 
handwired and turret board vs pcb are two different things.
 
pcb, pretty sure the board has tracks and pads, just blacked out
 
It's a hybrid board. A board is layed out to replace a turret board. The board has eyelet style holes just like a turret board, it's wired up exactly like the turret boards where. Benefits are reliability, less prown to bad joints on the board and relays, also the ability to do DC heaters. The only audio that passes through any traces is right at the relays. All jacks and pots and tube sockets are all handwired, would you like me to go back to a inferior design with more issues? I don't think so. I'll say it's 90% handwired or more. In fact we are the only multi channel higher gain amps that are Handwired.
 
Im not saying the amps are poorly built or a bad design, the be-100 and Dirty shirley are my favorite amps I've ever owned and been through quite a few, and personally I think people should have the same point of view.As long as it sounds good and is well built its worth the money imo. Was just helping answer the question whether they are pcb or turret.
 
best amp I've played or owned,I like the way it's built,it seems very dependable,I've enjoyed multiple band environments with it and it delivers on all counts,I had seen a post where it mentioned it was a pcb,which I never agreed with,I had seen another post where it was listed as a hybrid board,,I didn't want this post to be about what's better pcb or turret or hybrid board.I have had all 3,they all sound good,I like handwired best.I like friedman amps,the customer service is about as good as I could expect.Thank You!!
 
My BE100 is an amazing amp, after owning most of the high end amplifiers, and each are great, the BE records "great" and fits me so well. I have looked in every amp I've owned (bias etc.) the components are high-end, I believe that exceptional PCB's are good, but I do like the BE100 board best. Craftsmanship is exceptional.
