La Croix:
-pussy ass carbonation that is basically flat
-gay flavors that faintly taste like the smell of urinal cakes

Polar:
-Strong carbonation that electrifies your mouth
-True, refreshing fruit flavor

From Worcester, MA! I used to work down the street from the bottling plant, where they had a gigantic inflatable polar bear on the roof. Until it flew off in a storm one year
 
Never tried a polar but I like lime and grapefruit la Croix only. Especial for mixing drinks. I agree they are kind of mild in general but I like them for it.
 
Polar orange dry is my favorite soft drink for sure.
We bought some La Croix from the dollar store for our daughter’s birthday and thought it tasted fine. Just lime, but OP is right about it kinda flat
