We have plans for some kind of baked chicken on French bread sammiches today (details TBD - the Mrs is in charge), but I bought a pork butt last weekend and need to do something with it. Trying a new recipe (aka winging it). I’m cooking it today to shred the meat when it’s done to serve tomorrow. We’ll see whether or not it sucks
