PRS Rotary Switch Conversion - Wiring Help Please

Hi,

I want to convert a PRS Cu22 five position rotary to a toggle using the EP1111 switch.

One volume, one tone, and no push pull.

i would like:

Neck Humbucker

Outer Coils of each humbucker in Parallel

Bridge Humbucker

This will replicate (it think) the positions on the rotary of:

Neck
Outer Coils in Parallel
Not used
Not used
Bridge
Is this possible and does anyone have a diagram?
