While I don't disagree about the playing I do question how much post studio processing and editing was done.

Absolutely none. That entire audio and video track were all done in one take simultaneously. Roll camera. Roll Pro Tools. 7 minutes later he posted it on Youtube.

That's not possible. There are rhythm and solo tracks being played simultaneously some of the songs even overlap, his playing isn't even sync'd perfectly to the video a lot of the time. On top of that he changes guitars and changes shirts/clothes for each demo song.

Looks and sounds to me like he recorded, mixed and did all the editing then went and shot several takes with different clothes and guitars. There is def a lot of editing going on.

I'm not doubting he didn't use that amp and he emulates the styles of the artists well but there is no way all that is one take. Even the flange on Unchained sounds like it was added later in the mix and not a pedal. JMO

My biggest issue is just the way he babbled almost like a crazy person a few years back when he was just starting out.

He's still doing it. Did you see how he went off on Mike Fortin on the Jose Arredondo amps Facebook page a few days ago? Blades is a fucking nut and that, along with the awful look of his amps are the reasons I'd never buy one, used or otherwise. No wonder Himmell cut ties with him. He's out of his mind. And props to Fortin for being cool as hell about it. Now that's a class act.

No I didn't. What an fn fool. Again, why he feels the need to attack EVERYONE in the amp business is beyond me. What a jackass. And Mike F is a class act all the way. I've told this story before...I had a Ceriatone Fortin Cali mod and emailed Mike as I was having some issues. He called me the same day I emailed him...that's customer service. And I bought it second hand. He determined that it was the PT and walked my local tech through his circuit to assist him in replacing it. Mike Fortin is one of the truly nice guys in this business..and for Blades to attack him is despicable and classless. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised though...he's gotta be crazy with all those rants I've read.

He also posted some incredibly offensive racist shit on his own Facebook page recently. I don't care about his products - the man is clearly a pig with no ethics at all.
He should be run out of business

Yeah he's an ass. At first, when I started reading his postings on other forums I was kinda rooting for him. I had googled Cameron Marshalls and ran into a thread where he was talking about getting ripped off and how he reverse engineered a Cameron mod. Good for him I thought. Then this thread just descended into a shitstorm where he starts ripping on people who he has had no dealings with or reason to. Like Friedman...ripping on him for the names of his products. Or Jim from Scumback..just stupid stuff. At one point he claims to talk to Jose Arredondo's ghost....lol. Just insane...
