LOL... i somewhere along the line was stupid and got freind'd on face book by the guns n roses page now im getting daily updates with pictures of axl and his cover band talking about how great they are.. Pisses me off IMHO Guns & Roses cannot exist without 2 other major parts and those are 1: Slash 2: Duff But really its No Slash No F'n G&R

So essentially he is trying to trap the thief! Unless they sold it of course but i wonder what type of legal recourse a person could take if Slash didn't pay and claimed it as stolen property.

There is no legal discourse that you can take. You are just out the guitar if not prosecuted.
