The US entering ww2 obviously had a big impact on the war but don't forget my Canada😁 We are only 42 million in population but did more than our part.

Canada sent 100 fighter pilots to the battle of London.

Canada declared war on Germany in September 1939. They fought them for 6 years. Sent 100 fighter pilots to fight in battle of London. We were defending Hong Kong from the Japanese in 1941. We were in France before they surrendered. We sent 5000 soldiers in battle of Dieppe. We defended ports in Denmark. We fought Japs in Africa.

On D-Day, June 6, 1944, the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division and the 2nd Canadian Armoured Brigade stormed Juno Beach, fighting fierce opposition from German forces to establish a critical foothold in Normandy. About 14,000 Canadians landed on this key Allied beach, pushing farther inland than any other Allied troops by the end of the day. Their efforts, alongside the support of the Royal Canadian Navy and Air Force, were vital to the success of the Normandy invasion and the eventual liberation of Western Europe.
Yep, we in NZ remember and honor Canada's big contribution to WWII. You guys fought ferociously.

During World War II, German forces referred to Canadian soldiers as "Stormtrooper" and sometimes as "barbarians" or "wild colonials" due to their perceived speed and ferocity in battle, especially after their effective performance in the Battle of Normandy. The Canadians were seen as highly formidable and feared opponents by the German military. 😁

The Australians fought gallantly as well. I think people just fuck with @Thumbpicker because he's always trying to take the piss out of Americans.

Yep ..... everyone did their part.
As a matter of fact both Australians and Canadians have contributed significantly to US led coalitions in the GWOT as well. And according to guys I know their special forces guys are very serious mother fuckers. I'm sure as with probably every single war or military action since WWII it is politicking that got those soldiers there, but that doesn't detract from their skill and bravery which should absolutely be acknowledged and applauded.

Yeah but modern combat is different today. Drones are scary shit. Hand to hand and gun to gun was a different time.

Yeah but nothing compared to back then.
It’s mostly urban, door to door shit now. The days of armies on skirmish lines are over. There’s so much shit going on that none of us ever hear about. While not technically, we have been ā€œ At warā€ continually since 2001 at least.

Never met one
Have you?
Was I supposed to wage into the crowd and start asking masked, obviously dopey white fucks if they were Antifa ?

Here’s a hint. Because you never seen something while tending your flock/harem in NZ that doesn’t mean they don’t exist in the US, genius.

If there is a threat.... they bomb the shit out of village with drones and then snipers. Minimal casualties. The old days ... they just moved in.

Of course. When you're scared of the whole world, the only response is endless war.
