We played the black Paul today and the Aldrich was killing. I'm getting a bunch of pups sent to me and I'm just gonna hire a tech to work for a night with me and were gonna try'em all out and record it. I just have to hear for myself in my guitars in person.

I owned a Shredder (sold it to Buckeyedog on this forum) and had it in my guitar for almost a year. Really articulate and clen sounding pup. It will tell on you if you play sloppy...

I have the WCR American Steele set in my '73 goldtop. That's a Crossroads neck and Godwood bridge. The Godwood tone in your clips is really close to the tone I get in my LP. A really nice classic rock tone. The tone I grew up with. Yeah, I'm old...
